As our storage space is limited, and the amount of delicious products available from our suppliers is huge, we cannot stock everything you might be looking for. But don’t worry, as a member you can still get all the goodies through the co-op via bulk or special orders. We can order anything in for you that our suppliers offer, providing it fits within our buying principles and is stocked by our existing suppliers.

If you order large amounts with little packaging, members will receive the products at a lower mark-up, equivalent to a 21% discount. There is no further bulk order discount for volunteering members and the normal 30% volunteer discount will apply. 

How to order?

The way bulk orders work is that we add the item(s) to the next order we place with the supplier. Bulk orders are a whole bag or box of a product, for example a 12 litre slab of soy milk, a 5kg bag of cashews or a carton of maple syrup. Bulk orders can not be placed for produce, however additional produce can be added into fruit and/or veggie boxes ordered for that week. Once the order has been placed with the supplier, the bulk order can not be cancelled. 

To order in bulk, email [email protected] and let us know what you would like to order. We will do our best to help you source the product you are looking for, providing it fits our buying principles. When the delivery arrives and has been processed, we’ll send you an email letting you know your bulk order is ready to be collected. You will need to pick up and pay for your bulk order within a week of being notified. The bulk order sale will be parked on the iPad with your name and the discount already applied.
